“Kam Heong”, a signature Malaysian stir-fry style that is renowned for the fragrance imparted by using a unique blend of Malay, Chinese and Indian cooking.   ‘Kam’ means sweet, ‘Heong’ means fragrant, however, there is more than that in the actual dish. Dried shrimp is probably the most surprising ingredient in the mix.

HUA!’s addition to the dish is using contrast textured ingredients like aubergine and lotus, aubergine for the soft mouth-fulfilling taste, lotus for the fresh crunch, along with high-protein deep-fried tofu and tofu stick, giving the HUA!’s ‘Kam Heong’ a pescetarian finish.
